heel toe shifting/double clutching (or shifting)

can somebody explain to me in steps how each is done?

ok so is it bad to do the whole downshifting thing #1 without reving to match rpms? and #2 to do it without braking at the same time and just hit the brake after u downshift?

Hold the brake down AS you downshift

You can buy aftermarket pedals that extend closer together... But you don't really need wide feet even without the pedals.
