Some recommendations for my 240 SR20 swap

hey guys, this is my first post, i just got a 1995 nissian 240sx, and i want to do the sr20det engine swap. from what i've read, the best sr20 to get is the s14 black top, can you guys give me a list of all the things i can do to get an insane amount of horse power?

My town is full of hondas, civics, crx's, preludes ect. and i want to BLOW them away. I'm aiming for at least 450HP, and i have enough money to do everything i want to it.

So if you guys could give me a list of parts with the price next to them, it'd be much appreciated!! and as soon as i get it all done, i'll post some pics of it on the forum! thanks!

First... Scratch the SR, aluminum block, not much potential I personally think. Go with CA18DET, or if you have $2,295, buy an RB20DET clip off of us. We can supply the mounts for the swap too... Its an easy swap, and will be a much better base for your HP gains.

if you just got the car recently, try to find any problems first before jumping on modding the car. I personally would wait till there the engine is going to die to swap it. No point in wasting a good engine...

because i'm pretty sure that commercial posting on here is against the rules.... and it gets really fucking annoying having to see you post about your parts for sale in every thread. on top of all that you work for a shady ass company, night 7 racing. i've read many stories from people who ordered from night 7 and cameron screwed them over some how.

Unsolicited advertising is a violation of the rules, not like that matters in here. You can't be serious when you say the SR isn't worth swapping for or has no potential...

Attitude... wtf dude. I havent said anything negative to you. However... I'm not advertising, it just so happens all of the threads I respond to deal with swaps and such... Its relevent, not like I bring it up out of no where. Despite what you may have read, NSR is completely legit. The cases you are reading of (I remember them completely) was when we had the engines ordered... And they never came. So we got backtracked and had to reorder them. And the customers began to get PO'd because they thought we stole their money. Misunderstandings man. NSR has been mentioned in a few magazines where they are happy with their clips. I dont have an attitude, please do not accuse me of having one. I post when relevent, and that is the only time I talk about price's or anything of the sort. So I would appreciate it if you would get off my back. This is a forum, as Im sure you all know, were here to help eachother out... Not rag on eachothers differences.

I am not talking about attitude towards me. I am stating the fact that you have attitude everytime you post. I read most of your post and it shows you have attitude and a short fuse. yeah, get used to your car first, it's kinda stupid buyin a sr20det without even knowin what your ka can do. also, if you drive it around for at least half a year, you might find a lotta things that need more immediate attention. i say try repairin a lotta things yourself so you know the layout of the car

I still dont see where Im coming off with an attitude. Sorry if I am, but im a pretty mellow guy up front and person. I dont have a short fuse, I just dont like having people try and put me down, thats only human nature. No worries
