well, if you go to a model car shop, they sell 1:18 scale remote control cars, with skyline bodies.

so if you buy one, and then start modifying it, get the alcohol powered engine, stickier tires, full coilovers, i'm sure you could push that 3000 dollar sticker...
and you don't have to get it legalized!!!
