I got a 4.3L V6 Chevy Caprice. Can it push 22's?

I just bought an 87 caprice with a 4.3l v6. Is this egine not strong enough to push 22's? Some input please.

I've never seen anything bigger than a 16" that would have enough load capacity to be safe, and would still fit in the wheel wheels without rubbing.

I don't think 22's will fit on a Caprice, let alone will the car be able to handle large chrome rims with that much weight to them, it will wear out parts of your car pretty fast I would think.
