Headlights delay
A friend of mine is having an issue with her 87 Accord, when she turns on headlights it takes a few MINUTES before lights actually turn on. This is a wierd issue, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

I just have a suggestion for your friend. There is a manual way to turn the lights up located on both sides of the car right behind the head lights. Use this to open them all the way and see if the delay is gone. Let me know if this helps I have a couple other ideas if this don't work out.
