Fiero headlights - delay issue

My 87 Fiero's headlights have an interesting problem. When I turn on the lights, I have to hit the headlight switch, turn the lights back off and then back on again in order to get them to pop up. When they come up, they work perfectly and thus its not a huge deal tht I have to do this each time I turn the lights on... but if anyone has a fix for this, it's be awesome.

Re: Fiero headlights - delay issue

The easiest "attempt" at a fix is to clean or replace the switch. Less than $20 at the Fiero Store.

I guess... weird problem, though. I'll give cleaning it a shot and if not... I guess I'll pop that on my next parts order.
