which intake?
i'm looking to get an intake for my 6mt and need to know which one is good. should i get a cone or just drop in a k&n filter. i remember a couple of yrs ago my buddy put in an intake on his m3 and the guy at a performance shop told him he just made his car slower for $250 bucks, i guess do to the engine heat. should i drop over $200 or spent $60 on a k&n filter?

Re: which intake?
the guy at the performance shop is most likely an idiot.
i have a 3.5L nissan maxima and i got a Weapon -R intake. this is my 2nd maxima and my 3rd nissan car and they all had WR intakes on them. i love the way the intake sounds and i always have people asking me what kind of intake it is once they hear it. stillen drop in's are pretty good too, they're K&N's. anything's is better than the chokey stock airbox.
