The crankshaft in the 6 bolt is strong than the 7 bolt as well as the rods and pistons.

6 bolt came in the 90-92 cars. The rods are larger. The 7 bolt motors have smaller rods. Both cranks are equal in strength, and most people prefer the 2g pisotns, not the 6 or 7 bolt 1g ones. Never quote the power handling capacity of a motor in PSI. It should be in HP. Most of the cars in this forum will make the power mine (or any other well prepared car) will make at the same 22 psi My car at 25 psi put 400 to the wheels. The same car with a 14b turbo at 25 psi will make less than 300 HP. Which is harder on the motor?

For turbos up to the 20g size range the 1g stock BOV is usually the best option. It can be recirculated, or dumped back into the intake, and that is required. Also, its works very well up to 25 psi. Its only 40 bucks used, freeing up the money you would have spent on bling blang BOVs to be spent on mods that will actually improve the performance of your car. But everyone has thier own goals.

As for which pistons to use, it depends on what you are doing. Most people building the 2.0 4g63 will use stock 2g pistons, Ross, or Weisco. There are other options though. But for reference a 6 bolt motor with 2g pistons will be good to over 500 whp

Also, when talking about turbos, t3/t4 has very little to do with the size of the turbo. They range from just a bit larger than 16g, to massive wheels like the 62-1. T3/T4 only describes the "family" the wheels and housings come from, with a hundred different combinations that can be made from them.
