esc to motor
just wondering guys can you plug the esc straight into the motor and not need to add capacitors???

You do plug the ESC directly to the motor. Do you mean the capacitors that go on the motor? Some motors come with them allready attached. They are there to cut down on "noise" from the motor that can interfere with the operation of the car. You don't have to use them...but if you have a car with a glitch that you have tried every trick to fix...then solder on the capacitors. That will ususally fix the problem. Check the forums and articles on www.rccaraction.com for further info.

I'm not sure what esc you have but Novaks come with blue capacitors that you HAVE to weld on the motor, otherwise you'll screw up the esc.
