I'm looking for an ECU chip for my 1996 Sunfire GT

I'm looking for something that will allow me to advance or retard my timing as well as modify my fuel curve...any suggestions?

an apexi avc-r controller, works on both turbocharged and NA cars. just hook it up to your chip, no idea how it works, so if someone wants to explain, i'd appreciate it. but i do know that it would work, costs around $300-$400, and u need a pro to program it.
