93 civic idling problem & carbon monoxide!

2 QUESTIONS...My wife civic has an idling problem when a/c is own like it idles real low!...i tried to adjust the idle on side of the throttle body...idle went up but not enough to for car for the car to run bout 800 rpms while a/c on....car shakes when a/c on but when off the car runs fine!

now the carbon monoxide...we cant stand behind the car for a long time or else we would pass out...outside! anybody know any ideas to lower/get rid of this foul carbon monoxide? i recently i had an head gasket put on the
car, and the mechanic told me that the cylinder walls had alot of carbon build up on them exept where the gasket was broke where the antifreeze was getting in...make me wanna put antifreeze in my oil! just joking!
