Thanks, Les! Do you happen to know their username? I can't find them. They must be on the German Ebay...

Re: Help ordering from "Decaldoc"

Thanks! I found him on the German Ebay and bought it from there...now I'm hoping he understands English, as I need him to send me an invoice so I can know where to send payment! Unfortunately, all the pages are in German and i couldn't make heads or tails of it. It will work itself out, as I have friends who teach German at home who can help me out in a few days, if necessary...

Re: Help ordering from "Decaldoc"

You should find all needed information in website menu at "AGB" (=Allgemeine Geschäfts-Bedingungen), which freely translated means "terms of business".
You can pay them by PayPal. The only email i can find is "info[at]decaldoc.de", but i guess they have a different for payment.

English schould´t be a problem for the most Germans, as it is a compulsory subject at school . If you need help with translation, feel free to ask. I´ll be glad to help.

In contrast to me, it seems. I always find stupid spelling mistakes looking at my own post a 2nd or even 3rd time.
But i assure you my German is much better....in comparison

@racer93
When you get your decals, please don´t forget to tell us what they like. Still haven´t ordered there myself.

Re: Help ordering from "Decaldoc"

The quality of his decals are not the best.
I ordered a pair of decals for the vailant porsche and the colors where wrong and with white parts on it.
A little scratch, and all the color are gone.
I mailed him that the decals are useless, and i become a new set of decals, but these are also crap.

At the end i become my money back, and still searching for a decal set.

Thats my experience with his decals.
Maybee the once i have ordered are not his best ones?
I dont know.

Let us know how your decals are, please.

P.S: My english is crap, more than his decals.

Christian

Thanks for the heads up, Christian. I'll try putting a thin layer of Future clear over them to protect them a bit more. That usually works wonders on decals that have that problem.

Plus, I'm planning on painting the green sections and just using the decals for the white dashes and sponsors. Not much color needed there!

I got a few decals from him & found the decals nice & thin but yeah I also got a scrap on mine but he does state that you have to but a film of clear or something similar to protect them when you receive them.

Re: Help ordering from "Decaldoc"

think they make decals in apls, so surely some colors as liehgt yellows, greens, orange, can have problems and whites also usually cant cover.

Is quite far away always from the quality we have inside modern model kits, but is better than nothing or full schratchbuild.
