Brake question on taurus
Do the 99 taurus SE vulcan and a 99 taurus SHO use the same front brake calipers and rotors?

Re: Brake question on taurus
Yes the do. An easy way to check those things is to go online to a parts store like autozone. Put the vehicle info in for the U code vulcan and search front brake caliper. Delete that vehicle and put it in again with the S code duratec. If both searches give the same part numbers, then you have your answer.

Re: Brake question on taurus
The Duratec is not the same as the SHO, but the same method to get the answer applies.

Re: Brake question on taurus
Whoops, didn't have my glasses on. Saw the S in SHO and my brain didn't register the rest, just translated it to the S code in the VIN for a duratec. Trying to find an engine for mine and getting frustrated with people either trying to sell a vulcan or one from a 96/97 instead of 98/99. So I have "S" on the brain.
