TBI to TPI swap, now running rich

A few years ago I swapped out my 305 throttle body injection from my 1991 camaro for a tuned port injection from a 1987. I also got rid of the 305 and upgraded to a 350 ci. I bought a painless wiring harness for all of the new sensors, I replaced the fuel pump for the proper one, I replaced the no-working fuel injectors with 24lbs ones. Ever since I finished the swap it has run extremely rich. I followed all of the steps in the painless wiring manual and am out of ideas, I've replaced almost every sensor. Any help would be great, thanks.

Coolant temo sensor is usually the first cuplret in a rich condition. However, if memory serves, the largest injector you can run without having to tweak the ECM Ithought was 22 lbs?
