Got a 1990 Mitsu Eclipse with issues
First time post here and hoping to get some suggestions from a problem that the car has. I recently had the check engine light shining bright in my eyes as I am driving and took it to a trusted mechanic and we found out it was a "Mass Air Flow Sensor?" I believe. The day after I got the car back (I didnt get it fixed, just had it disconnected. Was thinking about a old trans am I had with a screwed air sensor that just turned the light on and didnt mess anything up) it wouldnt start. I had a friend push me and we were able to pop the clutch and get it running. I looked closely at the starter and it had a loose wre that I tightened back. It ran good for about a week and now it wont start at all. It has been ideling kinda lower than usual and assumed it was due to the disconnection of the sensor. I though it may be the sylenoid (is that how its spelled?) but Im not even getting the "click" sound out of that when I try to start it. Any suggestions? I am DESPERATE!!!!
