Engine codes

Can some body help me out in reading Nissan Engine codes. I know some but I'd like to know it all. :silly2:

Example: SR20DET

SR: That's the series designation I know, but does it stand for anything? Other series VQ, RB, KA.
20: Engine displacement in Liters (2.0 L)
DE: No clue
T: Turbo (TT= twin turbo).

Can somebody help me out with what I don't know? Thanks in advance!
