'Important' messages ??

Hey guys,

what's the deal with all those messages being flagged 'important' ?
Model meets can hardly be relevant to a global audience and
the BMOM contest isn't excactly something new or important either IMHO: we get spammed with at least 3 BMOM messages a month.

I'm sorry if you think that invitation to my modeling contest is SPAM.
It's modeling contest where people can share their work and won some awards.
I don't get any profit or money from it.

I don't have a problem with the BMOM contest and Model Meets Messages

Zeljko runs the BMOM for the benefit of everyone, so I don't think there is anything wrong with it being there, it is encouraging participation.
I don't know where you see 3 threads a month about BMOM anyway....

As for the one for model meetings, what is wrong with that? This is an international forum, if there was a 'Dutch Modellers Monthly Meet' or a 'British Modellers Monthly Meet' I am certain it would get the same treatment and be flagged for the month.

I don't see you complaining about the Classifieds thread being flagged though......
