leaking oil in #3 plug???????

im getting oil in my #3 piston, is it most likely the head gaskets or do pistons rings usually go one at a time. My car doesnt over heat. Im thinking of fixing up the motor that i have for now

could be the little rubber seal inside the valve cover leaking oil into the spark plug tube.....

is the oil on the top of the plug or the bottom where the electrode is?

If it is in the chamber where the spark plug wire goes in you need to replace the rubber seals that are on the bottom of the valve cover. That will fix it.
