Comptech intake w/Ice Box upgrade

Will a Comptech intake w/ Ice box upgrade for a 99-00 Civic Si bolt onto the 4th gen Civic. I've heard that they won't fit but I'm not sure. It looks as though if I relocate the battery I'd be able to use this intake system. Can anybody help me out...I'll appreciate any info

It should work as long as you relocate the battery. You also might have to fabricate some brackets to support the ice box.

Intake

It's a intake that looks like a stock intake but are suspose to be top notch. I believe that skunk2 has one also, they are suspose to be just as good and better i believe than a CAI.
