need a little help ... i have a 95 dodge neon (4 door, manual, 4 cylinder) a couple of weeks ago my car started to stall out of the blue when i drove and even while i was idling in park. it would randomly stall during my trip to the parking lot (1 mile away from my home) and returning home, sometimes not stalling at all for a day or two. after two weeks of this (i don't drive it on the weekends, just work) it totally won't start now. it kicks over but won't stay running. anyone have any guesses on where i should begin to look at first. i am looking to purchase the "how-to" manuals. seems none of the auto stores have them. anyone know where i can get one? would appreciate any help here. thanks.

hmmm. I was having similar problems with my 97 Neon awhile back. Try checking your throttle position sensor and your Idle/air control sensor...they may need replacing or a connection might have come loose. A really good source for Neon-specific problems is the forums at www.neons.org. There is also a info on checking your "check engine light" codes in the "how to" or "tsb" section.

Re: 95 dodge neon stalling
I had a similar problem, when i drove for 10 minutes, i would stall at idle, then it would take a while to come back on. My problem was a $12 oil switch. Look at the small things first. I found this page helpful:
