Stalling 1995 dodge neon

I have a 1995 Dodge Neon that stalls evey time you shift from park to rev or nue to drive. It only happens after the engine/car has been driven for a min. of 5-7 miles. If the car is let sit for 15 min or so it will be ok for onther 5 miles or so. It always starts back up fine. It also does this when you slow down and stop at a stop sign/light.Sometimes the check eng light comes on sometimes not sometimes it will stay on sometimes on the off on its own sometimes no light. The only codes so far have been a code 12 and 11. I have changed the dist module/coils,crankshft sensor and the solinoid part of the EGR valve.Any Ideas on what else to do would be graet as this is driving me nuts.

Thanks Mike

It sounds as if the torque converter stuck on. You can try to disconnect it, but you will have to remove the battery tray to get to it. At this point you need some decent diagnosis. Take it to a trusted dealer or reputable trans shop.

Another possibility is the ecm there might be a crack in the solder and when it heats up it dies. Next time it dies try putting pressure on the center of the computer and have a friend crank it over if it works theres your problem.
