Not your typical model. . .

Well, been in MI since June. Grandson's birthday was in September so wanted to build him a wagon because he enjoys the daily "safari rides" I take him on with a borrowed little red wagon from his Great Grandmother.

That wagon turned into a covered wagon which I then decided to go all out and build a stagecoach. . .

While it's not your typical model, it's got four wheels an is miniature. . If ya consider 3.5 feet wide and almost 7 feet long and 5 feet high miniature. . .lol. . .

Scratchbuilt . . . no plans. . . The lights are solar so they light up for night rides. . .lol. . .The lettering was just about done and he wanted to go for a ride. All complete now. . .

Sorry for the big pics.

Re: Not your typical model. . .

Oh, and the interior has had carpet installed and seats are upholstered in a vinyl that looks like tooled leather. . .

Very very cool! The carpeting and the upholstery make it just that extra awesome. That's bound to become an heirloom. Fantastic work!

Now there's a fine bit of scrathcbuilding! Very nice gift to your grandson, I'm sure he'll enjoy it for years to come.

(PS - nice touch with the solar lights!)
