It sure does, its not that hard either. I put a 91 CRX Si dash into my old 90 hatch. It pretty much bolts up, you might have to do a little trimming on the inside but other than pretty easy.
Its just time consuming removing everything, its easy but might take a couple hours, 3 or 4 at most.
