Question cheap hp

I was wondering what the cheapest ways to get hp are and make sure that it's street leagle and such. right now i have a performance muffler on it and a cold air intake is on the way but i want sumthing a little less expensive with greater results. Is there such a thing? and if so, how do i do it.

No cheap mods that I know of. Do you have a hi-flow CAT?

Try www.doctorspeed.com

http://www.andysautosport.com/

BTW - You can get a Magnaflow hi-flow CAT for around $55 with S/H.
