turbo sizing question

i've been looking at the F-Max kit for my 94 VTEC prelude, however i don't think i like the t3/t4e turbo... i've heard that a t04b is a good upgrade. does anyone have any input on this?
i want it to be streetable, but i also want it to have 1/4mile balls

i realize that the larger turbo will have a longer spool time

also, the only other mod i'll have when i get the kit would be my exhaust (Apex`i N1)

i have a T3/T04B setup on my prelude and prefer it due to less spool up time and a smaller housing.

the T04E S-trim that i had my hands on was just too damn big to fit under the hood.

my specs are as follows:

T3 center section, oil cooled
T3 stage 3 turbine
360 degree thrust bearing
T04B -15 compressor wheel
.60 A/R ratio compressor housing with 3" inlet
.63 A/R ratio exhaust housing with 2.25" outlet
internal adjustable wastegate

it spools up to 8 psi before 3000rpm, and is effective to 20+psi of boost. it flows 420 cfm.

i can have one built for you for about $500, depending on how fast you want it.
