Lsd

What does a limited slip do exactly? and is it worth the money involved in purchasing one?

Re: Lsd

Keeps you car from doing a 1 wheel peel when you launch your car. It makes both wheels (front in most H/A cases of course) spin at relatively the same time (or same time) so you're getting traction with both wheels as opposed to having 1 wheel have more grip and using most of the power for itself. It should improve quarter mile timeswith a balance of power going to both sides of the car. If you're willing to spend the $ on it then I'd say go for it. I have friends with Phantom Grip LSD's and they swear by them. Hope I explained that correctly and understandably.

Re: Lsd

They help a great deal in drag racing once you start making more power but they make a drastic imporvement in Auto X or any type of road racing.
