Re: minime ?

Ok well a d16Z6 or Y8 is going to give you about 125-127 hp. You will need the head of course. Then a VAFC or convert to OBD1. Basically it really. everything else is interchangeable. If you are doing it though I would probably go ahead and replace somethings though. waterpump, timing belt (need one for the z6 or y8 yours won't fit), need a headgasket for the z6 or y8 also.

Re: minime ?

Well you can get the head for about $150 ??? I got mine for $210 port and polished with oversized valves. The VAFC will run you about 300. Then misc stuff depends on the brand you get.

Re: minime ?

Check Ebay...Ebay is your friend. My friend picked up a S-AFC2 or somethin like that for very cheap and it is a good place to look for parts.

if you intend on putting the vtec head on your d15b6(if u still have it in there), dont! the b6 is only a 8 valve engine and the pistons are notched for only 8 valves as opposed to the 16 in the vtec. also instead of converting to obd1 or if u cant afford a vafc, you might want to look into getting an auto pg7 ecu and have someone chip it and use the auto trans pin to activate vtec.
