i know 2 people that run the blitz...works nice without the excessive ricey blow off swoosh...

never heard about the apexi...im sure it would be good too though, apexi is a reputable company

Im not too familiar with the two BOVs that you listed but a HKS Super sequential BOV and the Turbonetics newgen wastegate are both good at boost control, The HKS SS is a good design becuase if its ability to 'blow off' high and low boost levels. The turbonetics newgen wastegate is good because of their swing valve design is able to controll boost levels more effeciently then the traditional 'poppet' style wastegate.

my two cents, more info @

yea i heard that too....i think it was something about how it takes to long to actually "blowoff". i dunno i could be thinking of something else.

i heard it is one of the best sounding maybe thats what you heard its best at.
My friend has one on his eclipse and it doesnt sound bad.

as everyone should know that BOVs are avaliable with different spring tensions. You should purchase a spring with the psi rating of the boost that you normally run. ex. if you constantly run 12-13 psi (set by wastegate) then you want a 8-14 psi rating on the spring strength, if you try to increase your boost more then the psi rating on your bov spring the BOV will just open beucase its the spring cant hold the valve closed under boost. My reasoning for telling you this is to make sure that you get the best performance out of your bov is to have the proper spring strengh for the amount of boost ur boostin. Dont have a 25 psi spring in ur bov if your only boosting 12-13, you wont get the purge (blow off) when shifting. Maybe thats what was going on with what chuki_breath was speaking of, not being able to blow off too strong of spring? just some ideas
