Angry need help with interior light problem 99 GXE

My interior light has been staying on in the "door" position and not shutting off, which lead to my battery being dead a couple of times now. I have to keep it off for now. I had a blown fuse before that and replaced it, ever since it doesn't shut off. Does anyone know why? I was thinking the SECU, but that seems to work with all other functions.
