I am trying to replace the water pump in my 95 Aurora. I have the "tool" and for some reason I still cant get it out! Someone please help. I have the car torn apart in the garage right now. Any help is appreciated!

Let me know if it would help any. But I am in a tech school now and we have an Aurora motor sitting in one of the storage shops. If a photo of the motor on that side (outside the car) may help I could get a shot of it tomorrow. I know you cant see much of anything with it in the car.

I have read all the prior posts. I realize it is supposed to turn clockwise 23 degrees, however, even with a breaker bar, mine will not come out.

I think I read somewhere that one guy who was having trouble removing his heated the water pump a little and it came right out. Might try that.
