Apexi N1 vs Greddy EVO which one?

I want you guys opinion, which is better?, louder? quieter? which is CA emmissions and noise legal? just what do you guys think, becuase I'm looking into getting exhaust for my geeser

I love my GReddy EVO and I personally feel its the best exhaust out there for the integra...
