parking brake stuck on

Car starts and idles great however the rear passenger side wheel will not turn.I can drag it and rock it but to no avail. Can enyone give me a hint at what I might try to free this wheel up I removed the wheels and had a look but the drums are all corroded and would not move.

Thanks in advance for any help that might be out there. Runamuck

It sounds like you will have to either to try lubricating the emergency brake cable until it is freed up or cut it. Use a brass hammer and tap on the back side of the brake drum going all the way around it until it comes loose. Once it is off you can either replace or fix the brake system.
