Question about the h22 dual butterfly...
Its the part inside the intake manifold that opens and closes right?
If you dont have this hooked up will it just make u lose torque or hp? It doesnt make your engine do any weird things right? Im just trying to troubleshoot a problem im having. Right now im waiting to get the little black box that goes under the IM cause the stems broke off of it.

Are you talking about the secondary runners?? If you are, if the thing isn't hooked up, most likely the butterflies aren't opening at higher rpms and THAT my friend will cause you to lose hp and torque at higher rpms. Get it fixed and you should experience ALOT more top end power.

Also ill be in like 3rd gear on the free way going from 2k to 4k and once i go over 4grand it feels like i lose 10-20 hp. it sounds like it wants to go but it doesnt. Also last night it was all fine for about 20min. I dont know if this is from the distributor not being timed right which will be done today and or the butterflies not being hooked up.
