Question Terminology

I had a question i was looking athmotorsonline.com and they said something like complete change over what is that?

From what I understand about "Complete Changeover" is that it includes everything(Engine, Tranny, Ecu, Throttle Body, alternator, etc..) Everything that you need to swap in the engine.
