yep, i checked out the rules and sent in an application. i'm on the 2nd stage act 7 in Initial D. If TLD isn't accepting it's all good, i'm just glad that initial D got me into the Anime World :grinyes:

alright well i dont know if we have any members in your state so we would need to have atleast two others from your local area to join before we can have anyone sign up. were spread to thin and we dont have enough localized support, problem with starting like this, so thats what were requireing now.

i can get 2. One goes on the Automotive forums a few times. Whynot do it by region of states? like...NorthEastern Group, Central, ect ect...I know there's one guy in TLD that's in Mass, and that's not far away from CT.

the problem with the grouping of states is that the eastern portion of the country works really well for this and thats about it... the pacific region made up of maybe 4 stats would stretch from washington to california and cover about 2k miles ... not very close. even a pacific south west region with california in general would be to huge to hold any kind of local event. the idea with the state issue issue is that even with a huge state like texas or california, an event is feasible for eveyone in that state to attend. if we had an event here in the bay area, anyone from a sourrounding state would have to drive min. 5 hours to make it. and people from the southern end would be driving 6 atleast from LA.

and yes its a given that if you started a chapter for your state you would be continueing to recruit for your chapter.

Masta

Hey Masta what you got for a car? You ever goto the industrial park in Hartford for the street races? Or the Berlin Turnpike? I live in CT too. But I'm not about to try and join TLD unfortuneatly (sp?) because I'm already in a group with some friends. Well, neways if you are all into the street racing scene, check out those spots like friday and saturday night. Millions of hott hott cars. Goto the turnpike til like 11:30 then hit up the industrial parks, everyone goes there after to race. Peace all
