Instrument cluster lights don't work

A couple days ago I noticed that my instrument cluster lights weren't coming on. Upon doing some more investigation I discovered that the LEDs on the Recirculate/AC/rear window defrost buttons weren't dimming when I turned my headlights on.

I found the burnt out fuse for the instrument gauges and replaced it. The LEDs now dim but I still have no dash lights. This includes the illumination for the 3 buttons on the console and the climate controls. I took out the cluster and checked the bulbs and all still have their filaments intact.

Has anyone else experienced this? My car is still under warranty so I want to figure out the problem before I take it in because if it boils down to being a light that I missed I don't want to be paying a buttload of money to a dealer to replace a light.

There's an instrument panel fuse and two to the right is a 10a radio/clock one. Maybe that could be tied in with those? If not, check the actual wiring if the led's are good. While you're at it replace those w/blue ones, it looks pretty sick
