wastegate actuator?
just wonderin if anyone cld tell me where the wastegate actuator is. a pic wld b good

Remove the heat shield from the turbine. As you look down at the turbine you'll see a rod that connects to two things. One is the wastegate. The wastegate is located inside the exhaust pipe. The other is the wastgate actuator. The actuator has a vacuum line coming from the bottom of the turbine going to the actuator. I believe it is attached by 3 bolts. Can't remember for sure. Sorry no picks available.

Or you could just look down beside the air filer beside the powersteering fluid..
