Driver Information Center (DIC) - Update
Found an excellent source for electronics (radios, instrument clusters and vacuum displays like the DIC).
Can buy them here in Canada, but almost 70% more expensive. A dealership I visited on Grand Island (near Buffalo, New York) suggested Techni-car Inc in Florida. Techni-car handles all GM warranty for clusters, etc on over night shipments out of Florida. Also offers shipping to Canada and the cost for the DIC was $199.50 plus $10.00 shipping - no tax and no duty. Locally the cost was $358 plus tax and shipping.
