1996 blzr drivers side window motor removal

My 96 4 dr blazer needs to have the motor replaced on it. I got the door panel rremoved and found that the window regulator/motor has been riveted in place on the inside door skin. Is this Chevies better idea?! Any tricks to removing the complete unit and replacing it with the one i got at the bone yard? Are there rivets available to buy-from the dealer- or where to install the unit? Can it be bolted in place? Thanks for your replies/help with this problem........BTW- own hondas and they never built their vehicles this way-only use the blazer to pull the sled trlr and boat trlr!!!
