2005 TL, weird noise comes from under the gear stick

I have a 2005 Acura TL, automatic transmission, with 83000 miles, Runs amazing, but now I started having a problem.

When drive on a little rough road, I hear the weird rattling, shaking, or clicking kind of sound coming right under the gearbox stick. the sound is something like a loose screw, thats causing some plates to hit each other while there is a bump.

However it doesnlt happen on the smooth roads.

Also when car is cold in the morning, and I hit the brake padel, I hear the same clicking sound coming from right under the gearbox stick.

I am very positive that there is something that connects the Brake padel to the gearbox, which is probably loose, and this sound is coming out of that connector.

Any help or suggesting please.
