1994 GMC truck brake light problem

Hi I have a 94 GMC C or K series 1500 5.7L engine, I'm having problems with the brake light fuse blowing when pressing the brake pedal, I disconnected the wires at the rear of the truck it sill blows the fuse, checked the brake switch its good, the wiring diagram that I have shows a top brake light relay which I can't find in the place where says, any ideas where to check for short next.
