04 Sienna Pass Pwr Slider wants to stay open

04 Sienna w/66k mi pass. pwr slider wants to close again when it opens and also just about crushes you before it reopens. Mostly want to at least fix the "wants to close again once it opens fully." This happens especially on a slight decline. Basically, when it fully opens, it doesn't go into that "clicked" position that you normally hear.

Anyone out there with a possible solution???? Thanks/. Trying to avoid the few hundred $$$ dealer "new parts until we think it is fixed" route.
