Re: 2000 GTP How do I turn up the stock boost
W/ superchargers you need to change pulley sizes to up the boost.
If your car is stock then start w/ a 3.4 pulley Links www.clubgp.com http://tacgp.clubgp.com/vendors.html http://www.subatomicdesign.com/gtp/forum/ClubGPFAQ.htm |

Good safe starter mods include A 3.4 supercharger pulley (+3-4psi) (stock pulley = 3.8) A cold air intake kit of some sort, to maximize your pulley gains A 180 degree thermostat - to lower the overall engine temp, and to help prevent knock and knock retard (read those tech sections) stock exhaust u-bend removal - this is a bend in the factory exhaust right behind the cat that is very restrictive. Having it replaced with straight pipe is a GOOD idea when going to a smaller pulley (more boost) |
