I would have done the same thing. Now that is what I am about to do when I find out who the fuck broke into my mothafuckin ride!!!! I'm going to be a major asshole because unlike you, Primera, I'm not going to say a word or ask questions. If you're near my car, I'm flooring you!! No questions asked. I'm sick of assholes coming on to other peeps property and not respecting it because they don't care. Well, let's see if they care when they are staring down the barrel of a 9mm. I'm really, really upset about this. When I left my old neighborhood, I thought moving into a residential area would cool me down. My girl has been working very hard to bring my temper down to a smoother level, now it's back to where it used to be and I'm a short fuse waiting to fuckin blow!!
It's unfortunate that your son had to see this, but, later on you have the luxury that you can explain your actions and he will understand, I'm sure. So don't sweat. I kinda wish I was there with you so I could get in a few licks!!!
