I use ImageShack. You don't need to sign up to upload picture.
The format should be like this: [IMG]directory[/IMG]
For example: IMG]http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/3573/29698980.jpg[/IMG
I removed the end brackets otherwise you will see a picture.
