Your ecu is throwing a major code and therefore going into "protect" or limp mode. Code 4 is the crank angle sensor. You are going to need to make sure it is plugged in and not defective. A new ecu is not going to solve your problem. The CKP sensor is located inside the distributor. You need to get a manual to troubleshoot the problem. I recommend the helms manual
