Eastern European auto industry is DEAD
Completely DEAD.
For example, in Russia, they still produce cars such as Volga and Jiguli(dont know if i spelled it right, its something like that). These cars haven't not been updated since like the '60s. Nothing has been improved in them at all, and they all suck.
