do you know anything about probes?
they're unibody cars. there's no where to put your titanium inserts to stiffen the body.
there's no front frame to widen. which is why i asked about the subframe. which would not need widening, b/c a 350 is narrower than the stock motor is "wide" the way it's mounted. so there's no issue there.
rear cv joints? you know the suburban is a solid axle vehicle, right?
what'd you do for suspension? how did you brace the rear end? did your steering rack clear the engine? where'd you route the exhaust?
did you use the stock probe or stock suburban suspension?
explain how stuffing inserts into a frame and not mounting them solidly inside of it (bolts, etc.) would make it stiffer? it'd beat itself to death and fall apart.
