a/c blower fans only run on high speed

I just bought a 01 caravan sport with the front and rear climate controls. The problem I'm having is BOTH fans only run when the fan controls are at the High position. Having more experience with Generic Motors vehicles, I'm thinking it's the resistor block for the fan controls. Am I right and if so, where are they? Thanks a lot in advance for your help.:grinyes:

Yes, it's likely the resistor block. The front blower resistor block is up behind the glove compartment. Not sure on the rear.

Some car/van's use a fuse and relay on the resistor side that protect the circuit.. that control ur low, med/ 2nd med. check ur fuse and relay first for continuit on a digital meter reading. if they read good it has to be ur resistor.. u said ur High contorl works and thats good because its another series circuit, it have a fuse & relay that work..
