That's a great start and looks cozy! Now, when you have about 5 to 6 builds laying around and paint and parts all over I want to see a picture! LOL
Chris

Haha...

What's funny, I have 4 builds on the go.... lol :) however my paint room is in my garage.

Here is my current incarnation, been this way for the past 3-4years or so. It's affectionately known as 'the shed' and is an alternative use for an Ikea Hopen corner wardrobe. I noted whilst browsing Ikea one day, that the interior of these wardrobes is very big, large enough to be seated at a desk infact. The bonus is that you can shut everything away when not in use. I picked up a used one cheaply from ebay and have modified it in several ways, I recently added the lift-up work surface to bridge the opened doors, which is where I put my laptop whilst working.

Hi Chris,
you found a nice solution for your work station.

A closer look on your pics and I was impressed. You´re working on a Mercedes Sprinter in 1/24??? Is that right?? Please be so kind to give us a closer look on it. I´m absolutely interested on it. Thanks in advanced.

Ciao

Hallo fellow modellers,

now I would like to present my workstation. Due to the fact that an extra room for modelling is still missing, I found a solution which also found the applause of my wife. Modelling in the living-room is now possible :-)

Here my way that I found with a cabinet which also fitted very good to the living room furnishing.

The desk inside is foldable and it is now very easy to start the work...
